OBSCUROS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Introduction
Before accessing or using the Obscuros Store, you must agree to these Terms. By using the store, you represent that you are 13 years of age or older and you understand and accept these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you reside, you represent that your legal guardian has also reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

Transactions And In-Game Items
• Obscuros represents an online service offering virtual items for purchase. All purchases made on this store are exclusively in exchange for virtual items on the Obscuros game server. Your purchase or redemption of virtual items is merely a grant by Obscuros to a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-assignable, personal and non-transferable right to use the virtual items under these Terms and any applicable Additional Terms we provide at the time. Accordingly, you have no other interest, including no property, proprietary, intellectual property, ownership or monetary interest in your virtual items, which remain the sole property of Obscuros in perpetuity.
• Obscuros reserves the absolute right, at any time and in our sole discretion, to manage, regulate, control, modify, revoke or eliminate virtual items on the Obscuros game server.
• All virtual items purchased on this store carry no monetary value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for any physical or virtual currency, goods or other items of monetary value from Obscuros or any third-party.
• All virtual items purchased on this store are final sale. Due to the virtual nature of our products, no refunds or exchanges, whether partial or in full, will be issued and any charge-back or reverse payment attempt will result in a permanent IP ban on the Obscuros game server with no further entitlement to compensation or reimbursement.
• Certain technical issues may occur during the purchase or delivery of any virtual items. Refunds related to technical issues, whether partial or in full, may be considered and authorized at the discretion of Obscuros staff.
• You are not guaranteed specific access to the Obscuros game server or any virtual items and the Obscuros game server may go offline at any time with or without written notice.
• You are not guaranteed specific service life for any virtual items and your purchases may be modified, revoked or reset at the sole discretion of Obscuros staff, with no further entitlement to compensation or reimbursement.
