Transform your claimed land to whichever biome you want.

Be sure to only request a biome that exists in vanilla or Cobblemon 1.21.1. By default the biome will be from y=-64 to y=320 (no matter which y coordinates you select), but you can specify if you want it to be a 3D biome with specific heights (only really needed for floating islands or caves).

Alternatively (or within the changed biome), you can make a request to turn grass in an area to a different block to instantly give it a much different appearance.
