Transfer Steps:

1. Purchase the Transfer (Post-Deadline) package in the Misc. Section of the store
2. Fill out the Template below and post it in the #donor-requests channel in Discord.
3. Wait for your request to be set up and added to the server. After completion, it must be added to the server and the next daily restart must occur for it to be loaded in.
4. When your transfer is ready to be sent to you, an owner will ping you in #sponsor-chat (if you are not online). Respond back when you are online in-game at the same time as an owner (Eli or Tala).
5. Your Pokémon will be sent to you. 

Quick & Important Info:

1. Your current 1.16 Pokémon will not be replaced, they're completely safe
2. The 1-6 Pokémon in your party will not transfer (these are in completely different files that are unviable to use)
3. If your combined total of Pokémon in 1.12 and 1.16 is more than the maximum number of Pokémon you can have in your PC, transferred Pokémon over that amount will be lost forever. If this is a concern, make room in your 1.16 PC before submitting your transfer. The maximum amount of Pokémon you can have is 4,500 (150 boxes x 30 Pokémon in each)
4. PC files have already been downloaded and distributed to transfer volunteers, any changes you make to your PCs in 1.12 will not be registered, so to avoid confusion on your end, do not move Pokémon in your 1.12 PC.

Template:

• In-game Name: 
• Former Name: (only one, optional)
• Bottlecaps/Mints: keep modified stats | keep original stats

Optional lines can be completely omitted in your request.

If you've changed your username since 1.12, include the username you last used in 1.12 in "Former Name". If you lost access to the original account you used on 1.12 and had to make a brand new one, add "convert account" after your Former Name. Your PC file from only that account will be used. This may require additional verification.

You can also add the following option to delete all eggs in your PC. This is only if you have a ton of eggs that are making your PC too full, most players will not want to do this:
• Delete all eggs

Explanation of options:

• Former Name is so that your current username can become OT of Pokémon under a past name of yours. You can only choose one former name to specify, so choose one that has the most/most important Pokémon under it.
• Bottlecap/Mints: For a full explanation see Checking your 1.12 PC in the Pokémon Transfers wiki page
   • If you do not specify an option, the default is to keep modified stats. Most players will want this option.

• In-game Name: TaladorPhoenix
• Bottlecaps/Mints: keep modified stats
